How can I edit a record's property values?

To edit a record's property values:

  1. Navigate to your records: Contacts: CRM > Contacts, Companies: CRM > Companies, Deals: CRM > Deals, Tickets: CRM > Tickets, Custom objects: In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM, then select the custom object..

  2. Click the name of the record.

  3. To edit a property value, hover over the property and click the  edit icon.
